SUSA ltd utilises project management to work on behalf of our clients in PMC Environment. We work either as a single point of contact, or as part of an integrated management team with the client and manage all Contractors including Vendors activities to ensure project success. SUSA ltd PMC object is QC and to improve performance of our clients’ ventures.
SUSA ltd manages the execution of the FEED, Detailed Design, procurement, construction, commissioning activities. Also manage the various project interfaces with EPC and PMC contractor and company.
